All pool parties must be scheduled through the Pool Manager at the front desk with a Pool Party Request Form. Please do not email the Board regarding pool parties.
All non-member attendees must pay a $10.00 guest fee per guest is using check, $11 if paying by credit card, even if those guests are not swimming. Payment must be made by check or credit card. No cash will be accepted.
Pool Party Request forms are available in the pool office. Please fill out and return with your payment to the pool office.
Guidelines for Parties
Parties should limited to 25 guests (does not include those attending who are already members).
Parties will be scheduled first come, first serve.
Please schedule no later than 10 days in advance.
Parties should be limited to no more than 4 hours.
Parties should end by 8:30pm.
Payment must be made the day of the party (check only).
Parties are weather dependent. If the pool is closed due to weather, you will have to talk to a manager to reschedule
